Advance Printing offers a full range of in-house bindery services.
We use modern, automated and up-to-date equipment to ensure high productivity, reliability, consistency and safety.

The bindery is also our last line of defence for quality control and all of our bindery personnel are trained to inspect your job as it moves through each step of the final stages.

Plenty of equipment and services

Our Heidelberg Polar cutting systems are completely automated and use the CIP4 data generated from the marks in our imposition software. This allows the operator to spend more time cutting and less time on make-ready.

We can perform many operations such as trimming, folding, scoring, die-cutting, collating, wrapping, stitching, padding, kitting and many others.

At Advance Printing, we offer a wide variety of book-finishing. Saddle-stitched books are our specialty and we can produce most book types such as perfect bound, loop stich, plastic coil, wiro and binders.

For folding, we use a variety of folding machines, including a very fast Stahl TH-82 4/4/4 which is highly automated for pre-sets, in-line slitting, scoring and perfing, presser stacking, plus a ton of other features.

Other folding equipment allows for folding everything from letterfold to 8-page signatures, heavier stocks (greeting cards) and much more.

In many cases, the in-line scoring on a folder will do the job, but we also use a variety of scoring machines to reduce cracking on folded edges, special requirements or a Heidelberg cylinder press for high quantity runs.

An expanded packaging area features 2 Sitma lines. Both machines are capable of producing retail packs (loose bags), shrink wrap, poly bags and a variety of other packaging. Waste Removal

At Advance Printing, we recycle! Our bindery and finishing department is on a constant quest to make sure any waste is directed to our recycling bins.
