Our computer to-plate system is fully automated featuring auto plate loading, punching, processing and stacking. The Trendsetter offers many advantages in computer-to-plate (CTP) imaging, including thermal aluminum printing plates, which are more environmentally friendly than traditional silver-based processing. They provide sharper, crisper imaging and last longer for large press runs. We have been outputting direct-to-plate since the 90's & have kept the equipment up-to-date. Our platesetter is constantly maintained & up-graded as needed. Our recent improvements include the installation of a new 40 watt imaging head with debris removal, installation of Creo Print-console & the addition of a new plate processor. We also employ strict quality control to our plate making process, constantly rating the performance of our plate to ensure the most consistant reproduction.
