Advance Printing features 3 Heidelberg Polar cutting systems with complete automation. We utilize CIP4 data generated from the marks in our imposition software which sends the data to Compucut. This automatically sets-up the cutter which enables the operator to spend more time cutting & less time making-ready.

Our cutting systems include features such as:

Stacklift - Automatically raises the pile height to a comfortable working position.

Jogger - Ensures that each lift is jogged properly for accurate registration.

Counter - Scales in the jogger keep an accurate count of the finished sheets.

Automatic waste removal - One of the coolest features of this cutter is that after a cut with waste the bed of the cutter moves out allowing the waste to drop onto a conveyer which empties into a recycling bin.

Compucut - Pre-sets the cutting program.

Transomat unloader - Automatically stacks each lift onto the skid.

Air tables - A film of air under each pile makes it easy to push the lifts around.
